Greetings, The St. Charles Bears Youth Organization is a non-profit, community-based organization in its 35th season developing the youth of Charles County, Maryland. We provide mentoring and organized sports for more than 500 youth ranging from 5-14 years of age. On behalf of the Board of Directors, members, coaches, players, and parents of the St. Charles Bears Youth Organization, we are trusting that your company will support our organization for the upcoming 2009 season. Your support will benefit our organization by assisting us in continuing to provide a positive recreational environment for the youth of Charles County. Although we raise funds and parents pay a registration fee ranging from $150-200, fielding teams of 25-30 players averages anywhere between $525-675 per child, per year for us to be effective. This includes equipment, uniforms, insurance, county fees, and post-season fees, to name a few. Donations of $500 or more will be recognized with a plaque for display at your place of business. We will also promote your business by displaying the name of your business prominently at all events held in 2009, including our home games that are played at White Plains Regional Park.
